I don\u2019t know what kind of oil was used, how fresh the ingredients were, or how clean the process was. There\u2019s a certain unease that comes with <strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1211\">not knowing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1216\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1254\"><strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1254\">Why Real, Fresh Food Matters<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1399\">When you cook at home:<br \/>\n&#x2705; You choose the ingredients<br data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1310\" \/>&#x2705; You control the oil, salt, and sugar<br data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1351\" \/>&#x2705; You know exactly what\u2019s going into your body<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1499\">And more importantly, you connect with your food \u2014 something that\u2019s missing in the packaged world.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1504\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1663\">&#x1f331; <em data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1663\">Modernization has its perks, but let\u2019s not modernize so much that we forget the basics: food made with love, care, and ingredients you can actually see.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2067\" src=\"https:\/\/spacedigitalsolution.com\/nehakava\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/crapfood212-e1426638852204-300x267.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/spacedigitalsolution.com\/nehakava\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/crapfood212-e1426638852204-300x267.jpg 300w, https:\/\/spacedigitalsolution.com\/nehakava\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/crapfood212-e1426638852204.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You are your best advisor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So it is absolutely your duty to know what you eat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So I have written this article just to spread this knowledge that fresh food and home cooked food is far better than any packaged food.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As far as possible prefer home cooked food, made in healthy way. Make portions which you are able to finish at a time. Refrigerating and reusing of food is also unhealthy practice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This was a small reminder towards eating fresh foods and avoid eating too much of packaged food, outside food or frozen foods.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So we discussed what to eat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now, let\u2019s go to when to eat?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When you feed your food you should be very much be aware about the food and in which way will it help your body. And how you <em data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"481\">feed<\/em> your body can make all the difference.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"653\">For a non-diseased person, <strong data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"575\">eating every 2\u20133 hours<\/strong> is a great way to keep metabolism active, energy steady, and cravings at bay.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"658\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"701\"><strong data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"701\">Why You Shouldn&#8217;t Starve Yourself<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"786\">Have you ever skipped meals and then felt like you could eat <em data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"776\">everything<\/em> in sight?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"985\">That\u2019s because after long hours of starvation, your body goes into <strong data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"869\">panic mode<\/strong>. Hunger hormones spike, and you end up <strong data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"923\">overeating<\/strong> \u2014 often reaching for unhealthy, carb-heavy or sugary foods.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1059\">And what follows?<br data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1007\" \/>That unpleasant companion called <strong data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1059\">\u201ceating guilt.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1064\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1089\"><strong data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1089\">The 5-Meal Rule<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1186\">Here\u2019s a simple formula that works:<br data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1129\" \/><strong data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1186\">Breakfast \u2013 Mid Meal \u2013 Lunch \u2013 Evening Snack \u2013 Dinner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1289\">All five meals don\u2019t have to be elaborate or heavy. In fact, <strong data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1277\">light and smart snacking<\/strong> is the key:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1387\">&#x2714; A handful of almonds<br data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1316\" \/>&#x2714; A bowl of sprouts<br data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1338\" \/>&#x2714; A seasonal fruit<br data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1359\" \/>&#x2714; Roasted makhana or chana<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1498\">These can be perfect mid-meal options to bridge the gap between main meals like breakfast, lunch, and dinner.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1503\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1539\"><strong data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1539\">Light Dinners = Light Body<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1704\">One habit I highly recommend is eating a <strong data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1598\">light dinner<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1602\" \/>It not only aids digestion but also helps improve sleep and maintain better weight and fitness levels.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1709\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1750\"><strong data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1750\">Mindless Eating: The Real Enemy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1874\">Through my practice, I\u2019ve seen that most unhealthy eating patterns don\u2019t happen during meals \u2014 they happen <strong data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1874\">in between.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"2000\">&#x1f4fa; Snacking endlessly in front of a screen<br data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"1921\" \/>&#x1f4bb; Ordering junk food at work<br data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"1953\" \/>&#x1f46f;&#x200d;&#x2640;&#xfe0f; Eating socially without noticing portions<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2126\">At these moments, we\u2019re <strong data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2040\">distracted<\/strong> \u2014 and that\u2019s when we lose control of <em data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2084\">what<\/em> we\u2019re eating and <em data-start=\"2102\" data-end=\"2112\">how much<\/em> we\u2019re eating.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2131\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2153\">&#x2728; Final Thought:<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2155\" data-end=\"2318\">Food should fuel your body, not just fill your stomach.<br data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2213\" \/>Small, mindful changes in when, what, and how you eat can create a big impact on your overall well-being.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2070\" src=\"https:\/\/spacedigitalsolution.com\/nehakava\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/b71267ba3cd7b84f97399c5ceb5e5a70-300x253.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/spacedigitalsolution.com\/nehakava\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/b71267ba3cd7b84f97399c5ceb5e5a70-300x253.jpg 300w, https:\/\/spacedigitalsolution.com\/nehakava\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/b71267ba3cd7b84f97399c5ceb5e5a70.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/in.pinterest.com\/DNierenberg\/awesome-infographics-about-food\/\">Image Source<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I won\u2019t say that don\u2019t eat with friends but make sure there is no peer pressure for unhealthy eating.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Choose your food wisely before your friends choose for you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eating post dinner meals is a very incorrect habit. If you do, make sure you are active for next 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So let that be deal. If you eat you should be active.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are also some foods which will help you to <a href=\"https:\/\/spacedigitalsolution.com\/nehakava\/diet-tips-for-anti-ageing\/\">slow down your ageing<\/a>.
